Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition exclusive to HMV

The recently announced Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition, including fully working night vision goggles, is available in the UK exclusively from HMV.

Previously Game and Gamestation have been the high street retailers pushing exclusive game boxsets but this time HMV have arranged exclusive sale of what appears to be a much sought after Modern Warfare 2 boxset.

The Modern Warfare 2 Prestige boxset includes a book of artwork, steel case, sculptured head model (for the goggles!) and online codes to download the original Call of Duty title via Xbox Live or Playstation Network.  The Prestige Edition goes on sale November 10th 2009 for £119.99 but if you’re interested in purchasing it’s advised to pre-order this title now. It appears to be selling fast with limited quantities promised and even Ed @ Game Crawler put in his pre-order last week!

Update: It appears the Prestige Edition has now sold out. You’re best off pre ordering the standard or hardened editions of Modern Warfare 2 here.
