The belated, cursed, overhyped, expensive, criticised, and most desired game for a decade is inches closer to release, if you haven’t preordered yet, is it worth doing so now?

The legendary hero, Duke Nukem, might just make his ever expected return this year, and soon!

Duke Nukem is big, ridiculously big for the gaming industry. Representing the Irreverent, non-PC, and uber macho hero that many wish they could be and the perfect panacea to the holier than thou heros we have seen in recent games. “The moment fans all over the world have been waiting for is almost here,” as one of those fans, I can tell you, I’m getting pretty damned excited!

Gearbox have a lot to live up to in my eyes, the legend has reached epic proportions in the years since the King of gaming’s last adventure. If this game keeps it tongue firmly in cheek, lets us shoot hoops, lift weights, read adult magazines, draw crude messages on whiteboards and ogle hot women that sounds like a winning forumula to me!
